Accessability
Evas Howe: Please note that there are two steps into Evas Howe at both external doorways.
Dene Cottage: Please note that there are 3 steps down to the external door, with a small hand rail, and within the cottage there is a single step from the kitchen to the living room and from the living room to the sunroom, bathroom and one bedroom.
Terms and Conditions
A deposit of £50 is required after booking and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. When you have booked we will email you to arrange the payment of the deposit.
Cancellation – 50% refund if cancellation is 30-60 days prior to date of arrival. Less than 30 days no refund is available, unless the property can be re-let.
